1. This dataset contains information from April 2000 to present.
2. This information is developed from well completion reports submitted to DEC and is not always verified. Information is subject to change at any time. The user assumes all risk and liability in using this information.
3. For questions on wells located in Nassau, Suffolk, Kings, and Queens counties, please contact the DEC Region 1 office at (631) 444-0405. For all other questions, please contact DEC's Bureau of Water Resource Management at (518) 402-8291.
4. Many wells do not have horizontal coordinates, but are included on the attribute table. These wells may or may not have partial address information available.
